Modest Mouse's new CD "We were Dead Before the Ship Evan Sank" was released recently. Missed the Boat and March into the Sea are great tracks. The single release "Dashboard" is getting some radio play. Here in Lewiston, Maine the Maple Room is up and running. John Hammond is playing in December and Deborah and I are planning to go. Hammond's CD "Wicked Grin" was produced a while back by Tom Waits. It remains one of my favorite CD's. "two dollar pistol and the gun won't and I'm standing in the pouring rain, hey little girl fly away home your house is on fire and your children are alone....hey little gir." great, great music.
